Nicole “Snooki’ Polizzi‘s little meatball is on the mend after breaking her first bone.
The Jersey Shore star revealed on Wednesday that her 4-year-old daughter Giovanna Marie was stuck in a sling for the time being, but was doing just fine.
“Sissy broke her first bone. Mommy told her smile as she tried on her sling so we can laugh about it when she’s older,” Polizzi, 31, wrote on an Instagram account she runs for her daughter. “She’s doing just great & cant wait to be 100% again! ??❤️!”
The post included a photo of a smirking Giovanna with her right arm in a sling at what appears to be a doctor’s office. Appropriate given the brave look on her face, her shirt read, “THIS GIRL WILL SAVE THE WORLD.”

The pregnant reality star made sure to treat her injured daughter to some “goodies,” sharing a photo to her Instagram story of her clutching a stuffed bunny and a jigsaw puzzle “so she feels better.”
She also shared a sweet video of Giovanna watching TV and cuddling with a stuffed animal.
Polizzi is also mom to 6½-year-old Lorenzo Dominic with husband Jionni LaValle. The couple announced in November they are expecting their third child together, revealing that the baby is a boy the following month.
The Snooki Shop owner told PEOPLE on Monday that she anticipates taking a few days off after her son is born but, considering she’s her own boss, will likely dive back into work as soon as she can.
“[Maternity leave] is not a thing,” she said. “I’m probably gonna take a couple of days off but my mental state is always thinking about work and my brand, and expanding it and improving it and making it better.”
The reality star and businesswoman added that her two children are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their brother.
“They tell my belly how their day was. They kiss the belly. My daughter, [when] she has food, she’ll put it by my belly [to] ‘feed’ the baby. It’s so cute,” Polizzi said.
